Late Derek Prince

1. God provision is in his promises If we fail to claim God’s promises we cannot expect to receive his provision. 2. The promises are our inheritance. (Old Testament- Promised Land) (New Testament is Land of Promises) 3. God’s promises are the expression of His will. When we know God’s will we pray with confidence. 4. All God’s promises are now available to us through Christ. Every promise that fits our situation and meets our need is for us now. 5. The fulfillment of God’s promises does not dependent upon our circumstances, but upon our meeting God’s conditions. 6. Hear the Lord 7. Seek the Lord 8. Walk Upright 9. Nothing that is good will be upheld from 10. Us 11. Do not doubt the goodness of God 12. Riches to wealth prosperity 13. Riches belong by right to Christ and to people of God 14. Honor 15. Power 16. Wisdom 17. Strength 18. Glory 19. Blessing 20. God who gives us power to get wealth 21. All the blessings to obedience to God in Deuteronomy 28 22. Prosperity and abundance 23. Poverty is a curse 24. Serve God with joy and gladness for the abundance of all things. 25. We have more than enough of everything. 26. Israelites had unbelief so they could not get the inheritance 27. Hunger 28. Thirst 29. Nakedness 30. Absolute poverty 31. It’s a curse 32. Curse was dealt with by Jesus having death on the cross 33. Galatians 3 34. On the cross there was an exchange 35. Jesus took upon him all the evil 36. That In return we might receive all the good that was due to Him 37. Jesus was made a curse so we might receive the Blessing 38. Jesus was Rejected by man alienated forsaken 39. Through faith we become the children of Abraham 40. Christ has redeemed us from the law. Blessing of Abraham will come on the Gentiles. 41. Genesis 24:1 42. Blessing of Abraham covers all things 43. We might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. 44. Galatians 3:14 45. Through receiving the Holy Spirit, we can receive the Blessing. 46. Genesis 24 47. Abraham the father represents God 48. Isaac represents Jesus 49. Rebecca represents the Bride 50. Everything that Abraham owns was in control of the Holy Spirit the Administrator. 51. Before Abraham and Sarai could receive the inheritance they had to have a name change. There’s no question this is significant. Abram- Abraham Sarai- Sarah They each had the Hebrew letter H put in their name. They could not receive their inheritance apart from the Holy Spirit. The Breath of the Almighty! Jesus exhausted the poverty curse! This is a revelation that Derek Prince got while preaching in 1968. He saw Jesus on the cross mentally stripped of his clothing on the cross. He was hungry. He was thirsty. 2 Corinthians chapter 8:9. Grace - Grace can never be earned. Works can be earned. Truth came by Jesus Christ. Jesus didn’t lack anything or his disciples He was not wealthy. He had abundance He was calmly and completely in control of every situation His Father never disappointed him On the cross he became poor so we could become rich. Not spiritual blessing we already have that He makes sure that we have every need met. Grace is received by Jesus Christ You can’t get God’s abundance by earning it. God is able to make all grace towards you that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to all good works. It describes God’s grace. It’s Grace in the financial and material area. Jesus became poor with our poverty that we might be rich with his wealth or enjoy His abundance. It’s settled. It cannot be undone. We cannot earn God’s abundance. We need to meet the conditions for receiving His abundance. 1. Our motives and attitudes must be right. Money is a big source of temptation for wrong motives. 2. It is wrong to make wealth our God. Colossians 3 covetousness is idolatry. 3. 1 Timothy 6:10 “The love of money is a root of all evil.” Greek translation says. 4. It is wrong to seek wealth by all means. Proverbs 28:8 5. Jeremiah 17:11 6. He that trusts in his riches shall fall we are not to boast in glory, wisdom, or riches. 7. Proverbs is good wisdom 8. Proverbs 11:24 9. It’s always wrong to use wealth selfishly.
